Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2-5 days to process your order. Expect an email within 3-7 days to let you know your order is on the way!

 

MARTHA’S VINEYARD DELIVERY/PICKUP

While pickup and local delivery (by me) is not available across the board at this time, if this is a rush shipment for a ready-to-ship order and live locally on Martha’s Vineyard please email me at meow@taylorstoneillustration.com with your needs and I will do my best to work something out.

 

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Taylor Stone Illustration is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition and/or packaging, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at meow@taylorstoneillustration.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
